St. Paul Elder Services has developed specialized programs and facilities that are specifically designed to enhance the lives of aging individuals. While St. Paul Elder Services is a Catholic, Franciscan-sponsored community, we provide services regardless of age, race, religion, color, sex, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, marital status, political belief or affiliation, military participation, or use of lawful products off the premises. St. Paul Home — Long-term care and skilled nursing services, specialized Alzheimer’s/dementia programs.

Center of Rehabilitation — Inpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy and skilled nursing services, and outpatient therapy services.

St. Paul Villa — Assisted living facility.

St. Paul Manor — Memory Care assisted living facility.

Life Enrichment Center — Foot and nail clinic, ear irrigation, massage therapy, and warm water pool therapy.

Club Gabriel — Adult Day Services

St. Paul Hospice — Palliative and hospice care, provided both in-home and on St. Paul's campus.

St. Paul At Home — In-home non-medical care, meals on wheels, transportation services, emergency response systems.

Passages Memory Care Program and The Memory Care Resource Center — Dementia support services at home, in the community, and within the St. Paul campus.
