St. Paul At Home is dedicated to serve and enhance senior citizens by empowering them to enjoy a better quality of life on their own terms. Our staff is committed to providing products and services to promote responsible, enjoyable aging by preventing premature long term care, relieving isolation and improving overall quality of life.
When a referral is received a social worker and nurse, who specialize in aging issues, complete a comprehensive in home assessment. A personalized plan is developed with the client and family, to identify needs and implement the services right for you. An affordable annual membership deposit extends the support and programs of St. Paul Elder Services to your home. All services are deducted from your deposit so there is no extra out of pocket cost.
We offer the following services:
- Our Personal Care Assistants provide professional, reliable services such as companionship, light housekeeping, laundry, bathing, dressing, light meal preparation, and errands.
- Meals on Wheels delivers nutritious meals right to your home Monday through Friday. You have the option to choose frequency of delivery.
- Let us take you to your doctor appointments, church service, grocery store, or other events so you don’t miss out! Our transport service is ready to take you to your destination!
St. Paul At Home is pleased to offer you unique, innovative technology options:
- BOB – Offered through Critical Signal Technologies, BOB is an advanced monitored emergency response system that signals a response center and chosen care partner in case of an emergency or fall. It offers a pendant or discreet watch. Accessories may also include fire or carbon monoxide detectors and wellness equipment options.
- Medication Dispenser – The MMS from Critical Signal Technologies signals an alarm when it is time to take a medication. When the medicine is retrieved from a compartment in the locked device, the dispenser is set for the next dose. If not retrieved, the call center is notified and a family member is contacted as appropriate. The device is filled and time of dosage is set by care partners. If care partners are unavailable Morton Pharmacy is available to fill the unit.
GrandCare – Is an innovative security and communication system utilizing frontier technology. St. Paul At Home is the only home care provider in the Fox Valley that offers this system and we are proud to provide families with that greater sense of security while allowing individuals more freedom in their homes. Your family members can connect with you from their remote computer. You do not need to have computer training to use this touch screen device. The system has three main features:
- Security – Set to turn off appliances, set up customized email or phone alerts, monitor sensors to detect motion if you walk outside or if an intruder enters, or alerts family if there is no movement.
- Health Monitoring – Monitors glucose levels, weight, blood pressure and pulse oximetry while at home and notifies family when there are concerning results. Has the capacity to graph results and print for your physician.
- Communication – Family can send you pictures, video clips and messages as well as calendar appointments. Entertainment features like games, trivia, music, weather and news updates are available via the one touch screen. Helping you stay connected and overcoming that technology “barrier,” can keep you engaged, reduce isolation and improve cognition.

- Vendor List – A qualified list of vendors who can complete those tough jobs around your home.
- Newsletter – A quarterly publication to keep you informed, offers coupons or special discounts, and features health information.
- Social Offerings – Provides age appropriate opportunities and events to reduce isolation.
- Mattress Flip day – Our Personal Care Assistants will assist in flipping your mattress twice annually.
