On January 25, St. Paul Elder Services is hosting a Cooking for Caregivers event, aimed at bringing caregivers together and providing them with simple, practical ideas for making meals at home.
During this freezer meal workshop, participants will prepare 5+ freezer meals to take home and learn from St. Paul’s Registered Dietician. Dinner is included – a sampling of the meals that will be prepared during the course. All caregivers will also receive a crockpot and a gift package.
