St. Paul Elder Services is teaming up with Fox Valley Advance Care Planning Partnership to present this workshop for social workers and leaders in senior care on April 17 from 8:00am to 12:00pm. The National Association of Social Workers Wisconsin Chapter has approved this program for four continuing education hours.
The workshop will be held at St. Paul Elder Services, 316 E 14th St in Kaukauna, and costs $50.00 to attend. Register at fvacpp.org.
