St. Paul Villa Assisted Living Celebrating 25 years in the Kaukauna community

St. Paul Villa Assisted Living, was established as a 34–apartment residential care apartment complex in February of 2000. Due to the consistent demand, an additional 55 apartments were opened in 2003, bringing the number of assisted living apartments to 89.

St. Paul Villa offers assisted living services designed for individuals with minimal to moderate care needs who are no longer able to maintain or reside in their own homes or for those who desire daily opportunities for socialization. St. Paul Villa also offers respite stays to provide temporary care to individuals suffering from illness, recuperating from surgery, or experiencing the end of the life journey so family caregivers may have the opportunity to go on vacation, attend a special event, or simply get much needed rest.

Life at the Villa offers a wide array of services and options, including a full meal plan, a number of wellness programs, medication management, and access to all activities and events offered within the St. Paul Community.

Residential care apartments are available in four styles, with private baths, kitchenettes, and window seats. Amenities include laundry and housekeeping, a main dining room with restaurant-style meal service, chapel with daily Catholic mass, beauty / barber shop, and library. We offer 24-hour assistance and emergency response, as well as a full schedule of social gatherings and outings. In addition, pets are welcome!

The Villa has been voted the top Assisted / Senior Living Community. For more information or to arrange a tour, please call (920)766-6020 or view the website at www.stpaulelders.org.
