The St. Paul Elder Services Caregiver Gift Guide

This time of year comes with no shortage of gift guides and shopping suggestions. But for those caring for a loved one, the most meaningful gifts often aren’t things at all.

Caregivers give a lot of themselves every day. What they often need most is support—extra hands, time to rest, and resources they can rely on. That support benefits both the caregiver and the person they care for.

Whether you’re looking for something helpful for yourself or a caregiver in your life, the programs and services below from St. Paul Elder Services (SPES) are designed to offer relief, connection, and peace of mind throughout the year.
