At St. Paul Elder Services, we believe some of the best learning happens in community—over good food, meaningful conversation, and shared experiences. That belief inspired a new offering we’re excited to bring to the Fox Valley in 2026: SPES Brunch & Learn.
Brunch & Learn is a free monthly community education series designed to provide practical, approachable information on topics related to healthy aging, caregiving, and overall well-being. Each session offers a welcoming space to enjoy a light brunch, connect with others, and learn from knowledgeable presenters.
🥐 What Is Brunch & Learn?
- Free and open to the community
- Held monthly on the 4th Tuesday of each month
- 9:00–10:30 AM
- Hosted at St. Paul Elder Services – Haen Community Center
316 E. 14th Street, Kaukauna - Limited space available (registration required)
Topics will rotate monthly and be announced in advance. You’re welcome to attend one session or all of them—whatever fits your interests and schedule.

Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body

This session will explore simple, research-based lifestyle choices—such as movement, nutrition, sleep, and social connection—that support brain health and overall well-being at any age. Whether you’re planning ahead or caring for someone now, this session offers practical takeaways you can use right away.
