St. Paul Elder Services is pleased to welcome George Davis as its executive director of mission. In this role, Davis is responsible for advancing SPES’ mission, values and spiritual life by integrating its Catholic identity into daily operations, resident experiences and associate engagement.
Davis brings experience in volunteer leadership, donation management and employment readiness programming, with a strong emphasis on event planning and community engagement. He earned a degree in interdisciplinary social sciences from Lincoln Memorial University. His background reflects a commitment to serving others and a dedication to “enriching the life experience,” as the SPES mission statement states.
“I chose this field because I value serving others and helping create an environment where people are treated with dignity, compassion and respect,” Davis said. “I’m passionate about helping people live out the organization’s mission through compassionate service, meaningful relationships and respect for every person.”
