Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Statement
St. Paul Elder Services (SPES) is committed to building a culture that promotes Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI). We fully believe in the importance of inclusivity across the full spectrum of individuality, whether race, ethnicity, gender/gender identity, disability, religion, beliefs, or lifestyle. EDI closely aligns with our organizational culture, and we will embrace the uniqueness of each individual, with the belief that we are strengthened as peers and friends through our different backgrounds and experiences. SPES believes in making sure that each associate has the ability to have their voice heard and that decisions are being made with inclusivity and sensitivity in mind. Furthermore, SPES will actively look to attract and retain a diverse workforce.
