SPES now offering two PWR! sessions

Our Parkinson Wellness Recover (PWR!) exercise program has expanded! We are now offering two different classes, a seated session and a standing session.

  • The seated session will take place from 1-2 p.m. on Mondays
  • The standing session will happen from 2:30-3:30 p.m. on Mondays
