St. Paul Elder Services promotes Megan Mashl, NHA, to Chief Operating Officer

KAUKAUNA, Wis(March 25, 2025) — St. Paul Elder Services (SPES), a community dedicated to enriching the life experience of the individuals it serves, is pleased to announce the promotion of Megan Mashl, nursing home administrator (NHA), to chief operating officer.

Mashl joined St. Paul Elder Services in 2017. She is the licensed administrator for St. Paul Home and provides executive support to St. Paul Hospice and St. Paul Community Services.

Mashl graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in health care administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and has been a licensed nursing home administrator since 2017. Mashl received her master’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in health care administration from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2023. She has mentored many nursing home administration students who are pursuing their nursing home administrator licenses, serving as the preceptor for students in the UW-Eau Claire Health Care Administration program.
