This past Wednesday, our Kaukauna campus was filled with the delicious aroma of grilled brats, the sound of live music, and the spirit of community — all for a great cause.
Despite the rainy weather, our annual Brat Fry fundraiser was a huge success! Friends, family, staff, and neighbors gathered to support our efforts for the Alzheimer’s Association: The Longest Day, raising funds and awareness for those living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.
We were especially honored to have the Little Chute Community Band join us and bring their performance indoors when the skies turned gray. Their music filled the room and lifted everyone’s spirits — a true testament to the power of community.
🍴 All proceeds from the brat fry will go directly toward Alzheimer’s care and support programs. Your generosity helps us continue providing compassionate, person-centered care across our memory support services.
